We’ve been a 100% remote organization since our founding in 2010.
What you’ll do:
As the Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for moving the wheels forward and executing tasks. We are looking for a true rockstar that knows how to own their role and brings positivity to the team.
This is a full-time, remote contractor position.
- Social media community management
- Scheduling social media posts
- Social media and website data analytics and reporting
- Contribute to content ideation, inform on trends
- Influencer identification
- Execute influencer gifting program
- Assist in collecting information and processing shipping orders
- Research, as needed and directed
- Trends, best practices and statistics on specific topics
- Aggregate web-based resources on specific topics
Our requirements for this position:
- Available during EST working hours
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Proficient in Google Drive programs including Docs and Sheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Must have a reliable internet connection and laptop with software required to perform your duties
- You are tech-savvy and willing to learn new programs
- You take a proactive approach to outreach and you are professional in delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
